Recently, Taisei Industry Co., Ltd. has completed full-scale factory integration, commissioning and inspection for its 5 Nm³/h skid-mounted alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen-production system. The unit has been containerized and shipped to the customer’s project site in the European Union, representing a key milestone for the company’s overseas hydrogen-equipment business.
This 5 Nm³/h hydrogen-production system is an all-in-one skid-mounted solution. It integrates electrolyzer, hydrogen-purification unit, BOP auxiliary modules and electric control system inside the cabinet. Pipeline assembly, instrument calibration and whole-unit joint test have been finished before delivery. All performance indicators comply with EU project specifications, which greatly shortens on-site installation and commissioning time for end-users.
During manufacturing, the technical team performed precise assembly of internal pipelines, valves and electrical components following overseas project standards, with full-check on every process node. In factory commissioning, engineers comprehensively verified core functions including pressure regulation, hydrogen treatment and safety interlock to guarantee stable and safe operation. Equipped with cooling auxiliary unit, its compact skid-type design fits ocean freight and rapid on-site deployment.
After factory acceptance, all components are packed in export-grade wooden crates with secure strapping and loaded into sea-freight container. The Taisei Industry project team witnessed this important delivery milestone.
Driven by rising demand for green hydrogen across Europe, Taisei Industry keeps expanding its global hydrogen business by supplying standardized complete hydrogen-production sets and relevant technical services. This shipment to EU is a significant practice for our European market expansion. Going forward, Taisei Industry will keep delivering overseas projects, providing reliable green-hydrogen equipment solutions and contributing to global clean-energy development.
